I had a new boiler installed by Arbeed and his team. It was an excellent job, professional and very neat. Arbeed explained everything before he started his work. I would recommend Arbeed to anyone.

My boiler needed to be repaired quickly. My call was answered straight away and he arrived at the time he said he would. Extremely professional and although my boiler could not be fixed they were able to install a new boiler the same day. I would certainly recommend them as the service I received was excellent.

Having been in construction for 39 years I thought it would be easy to find a plumber to connect gas to my garages from the house; after contacting 6 different plumbers, only one of whom actually bothered to even look at the job, I was given the number of Ahmed at quadrant heating; he arrived at the time agreed, priced the job the next day and promptly booked it in; he arrived when he said he would and was friendly, efficient, polite and tidy, he was a pleasure to work with and the service was excellent, well done and Thankyou from Williams property maintenance in Princes Risborough

Called Quadrant Heating 8.30 on Sunday morning due to a leak in my bathroom – toilet cistern. Leak marks on front room ceiling. He was here more or less straight away. No call out charge and he even fixed my leak same morning. Very impressed with service and very nice chap. Also happy with the price. Other plumbers would have charged a lot more. Will definitely be using him again if ever the need arises.

What amazing service. Needed a weekend emergency call out. Ahmed arrived within an hour of our call. Investigated and resolved the problem very efficiently. Work carried out was top notch. Would have no hesitation to recommend.

Update on my previous review. The price was very good as well, especially for an overnight callout.

Very quick response. I called them at 11.30pm for water dripping from the upstairs bathroom through the downstairs ceiling. They answered the phone straight away and were on their way in a couple of minutes. They fixed the problem quickly. They were polite and made no comment on being called so late at night. I have not seen the bill yet, so can’t comment on the price yet.

Brilliant service. We had a leak on our bath. Noticed it at midnight on a Saturday. Prompt service. Arbeed asked us to send some pictures so he could diagnose the issue. He came within 15 mins or so and fixed the issue very quickly. Fair price seeing that it was out of hours.

My tenant informed me that they had a problem with the hot water system, so after reading all the positive reviews I contacted Arbeed and asked if he could attend the property to solve and fix the problem (which he did the next day, taking around 1.5hrs). I found him to be extremely helpful & polite, I was kept informed and now have very happy tenants with hot water once again, thanks to Arbeed. My tenants also reported that he was extremely professional and thorough. Therefore, as a landlord I cannot begin to recommend him highly enough!

We had an emergency at 8pm and Ahmed was able to come out pretty much right away, diagnose the cause and fix it there and then with parts he already had.

I really appreciated the clear explanation of the work carried out.

He charged £10 on top of the very reasonable call out fee and so this was the icing on the cake.

Unlike most plumbers he is also very responsive to calls/texts.

I had an emergency with leaking pipes in my kitchen, I called Quadrant Heating and the Engineer was at my house within 40 minutes, He was very friendly, professional and a credit to his trade.

All finished and the water was back on within the hour…I am very pleased with the speed, tidiness and workmanship that was achieved and I would not hesitate to fully recommend this company….I should also say that my call was at 9.30pm in the evening and although I had turned the water off this also turns my next door neighbors water off too so this was not a job that could have waited until the morning so I am extremely grateful for the service that was provided.. I can’t fault this company. Arbeed and his colleague were both highly professional and so helpful. I had a washer/dryer installed upstairs in a landing cupboard when I moved into my new house a few weeks ago, which required new pipe work etc. Arbeed took the time to explain exactly what he was doing, which was much appreciated. Both were friendly, trustworthy and hard working people. Completely reliable and easy to contact. I have no hesitation in recommending them. This is an excellent local company.

Ahmed attended to investigate a leak on my gas fire and carry out a service. He was very professional and explained everything that he was doing to detect the gas leak and reassure me that it had been repaired. He also showed me a video of the work he had done to service the fire.

I recommend Quadrant every so highly. I had a leaking pipe to one of my radiators and it was flooding my kitchen floor. The plumber arrived within 30 minutes and did a superb job including fixing a problem caused by a builder. Definitely use them

Over the xmas/ New Year break of 2018 my boiler had suddenly stopped working. I called out 2 plumbers and neither of them could fix the problem but thought it was a faulty motherboard. A friend recommended Quadrant, and Ahmad came out and thoroughly examined the whole system. He said the previous diagnosis were wrong and a simple valve needed replacing. Since then I only use them for plumbing needs and would highly recommend them to everyone.

Highly recommended. I’ve asked for a hot water cylinder to be replaced and new one to be placed on the platform to allow washing machine to be fitted under it. It was done in one day. Price quoted was lower then other few plumbers i spoke with. Very professional and tidy work. I will definitely will be calling back!

I’ve used quadrant a couple of times now and have a couple of other jobs coming up. I find the work reliable and can trust their advice and won’t be messed around. I can just leave Arbeed with the job and it gets sorted.

Ahmed has relocated our boiler to the loft, sorted our underfloor heating, fixed a heating leak which resolved a boiler pressure drop and fixed a faulty worn shower mixer tap. Over the years I’ve used a number of plumbers in the Totteridge area with variable results. I started to use Quadrant Heating about 3 years ago to service my system and they’ve always been reliable, knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. I recently had to replace my boiler which had developed a fault. Quadrant Heating had tried to rectify the fault but it became obvious that the potential solution would likely be as expensive as replacement of the boiler. Quadrant Heating power-flushed the entire system, replaced the boiler with minimum of fuss, and were very reasonable priced. I’d recommend them without hesitation.

Highly recommended. I have used Quadrant since 2017. They always respond very quickly to emergency call outs and are so friendly and helpful. Recently my bath tap unit was leaking but it was very awkward to reach as the vanity unit was so close to the bath and I feared I would need a new vanity and tiling etc. But Quadrant came up with an innovative and cost effective solution of removing the door and side of the vanity unit to reach the underside of the bath taps. This saved me a lot of money and Quadrant’s price was very reasonable as always. I like the way Ahmed thinks laterally and has such a good eye for detail. He is one of the best plumbers and gas engineers I have ever come across.
